Karim Winski
Associate
Karim is an associate at Sangra Moller LLP. He joined the firm as an articling student in 2025 and has experience assisting clients with corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance transactions and securities compliance.
Karim brings a strong background in legislative and regulatory work. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with the Senate of Canada and the Competition Bureau Canada, where he supported legal and policy analysis on complex economic and regulatory issues. His experience informs his interest in corporate governance and the intersection of law and public policy.
Karim received his Juris Doctor and Licentiate in Law from the University of Ottawa as part of the Canadian Law Program. During law school, he served as President of the Canadian Law Student Association. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Ottawa.
