Amir is an associate at Sangra Moller LLP. He joined the firm in 2024 after being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019. He previously worked as in-house counsel for a public mining company and as an associate at a national law firm, focusing on corporate and securities law.

Amir's practice includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities compliance.

He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology (2009) and a Juris Doctor (2018) from the University of British Columbia.
